Master of Arts in Human Resource Development, is a two years postgraduate Human Development degree level course of study in India. The study program is designed to prepare candidates able and capable to deals with social work in the defined area of human development such as Psychological Development, Biology Development, Human Development (Humanity) and Human Development Index.
The master’s study provides knowledge and practice interface of the social and political contexts of development, communication, skill, integration of theory into practice and research to take on the leadership role in social and departmental activities. The course prepares candidates able to assist the adoption and implementation of an integrated approach to social study help to build national-level capacity to respond to human and social development need strengthen networks and partnership, improve coordination of social and human development program and services.
The course of study is suitable for those candidates wants to increase their knowledge for accelerating their career by exploring and acquire a critical understanding of the Human Resource Development. The course of study is designed to provide in-depth knowledge, information, techniques and about the activities associated with Human Resource Development, in a comprehensive manner. The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects and principles techniques in an academic discipline such as
Child Development, Family Dynamics and Welfare, Research Methodology, Techniques of Child Study, Human Development, Computer Orientation Guidance & Counselling, Parent and Community Education.
The candidate has to complete Bachelor Degree such as Bachelor of Arts (BA) or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master’s degree study program.
This course requires study requires 2 years of the time period in India, It’s a Full-Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part-time, correspondence education program and also go for distance learning, study option to earn this degree.
After the successful completion of this course, candidates can also pursue the higher studies and do Master of Philosophy (M.Phil. Human Resource Development), PhD (Doctorate in Human Resource Development), and specialization or research-oriented work in their respective field.
