Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), is a two years Postgraduate Degree Course in India. The Human Resource Management is a study to manage organization’s employees. It is also known as Soft Management Skill course. The study is design to possess good organizational skill and ability to coordinate all the individuals as a team and make them work together. The job is related to recruitment, training and development, Job appraisal, promotion, keeping an eye on the idleness of employees, maintaining good employer and employee relation maintaining all personal records and implement career development programs. This course requires 2 years of time period in India. It’s a full time degree course, but some student use part time and distance learning educational program and one can also go for online study option to earn master's degree in our country.
