Course Details:

The Executive Education Programme in Human Resource Management is a one to two years postgraduate human resource degree course in India. For the success of organizations across the entire industry spectrum. There is a need for both Line Managers and Human Resources Experts to understand and respond to HRM challenges at the "Organizational" and "Employee" level of analysis.

The study is designed to improve imperative for organizations to develop nimble and flexible systems, The prime aim of the course is to cover all the aspects of Human Resources Management at both Macro and Micro Level to equip the line managers dealing with human resources and HR Managers with contemporary knowledge and skills.

The master's study is suitable for those candidates wants to increase their knowledge for accelerating their career by exploring and acquire a critical understanding of Human Resource Management. The course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and information and techniques about the Prevention activities associated with Organizations and Employee level of analysis in a comprehensive manner. The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects and Principles Techniques in an academic discipline such as Basic of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Human Resource Management, Contemporary Talent Management, General Management, Economics of Human Resource Management, Cross-Cultural Issues in Human Resource Management, Statistical Tools for Human Resource Management, etc.

Eligibility

The candidate has to complete Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Management (BBA), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or any other Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 60% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master study program.

In India, some management institutions conduct their own entrance examination to get admission to the master's degree course.

Course Duration / Learning Mode

The master’s study requires 1 years of the time period with an internship in India, It's a Full Time professional degree course. The course is not available for part-time and under distance education mode it's a practical based study.

The Master degree holder have excellent career opportunities in both Public and Private Corporate Sectors, Colleges & Universities. After the successful completion of the course, one can be recognized as Human Resource Development Manager.
