Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), is a two years postgraduate academic degree course in India. The course is designed to provide the business expertise essential for senior managers by combining specific management subject with managing technology and manufacturing system. Human Resource Management study covers the subjects of management of an organization's employees, therefore, sometimes it's referred to as soft management skills, effective practice within an organization requires a strategic focus to ensure that people resources can facilitate the achievement of organizational goals.

The candidate have to complete Bachelor Degree like, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or any other Bachelor Degree with relevant subjects like Information Technology or equivalent examination,with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master’s degree study program.
* 50% marks in aggregate for Arts, Commerce and BBA/ BBM degrees or
* 55% marks in aggregate for all other degree candidates (B.Sc, BTech/B.E etc.) or
* 50% marks in aggregate in Master’s degree exam (Aggregate marks includes marks obtained in all subjects
This course requires study requires 2 years of time period in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part time, correspondence education program and also go for distance learning, online study option to earn this degree.
