* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum two years work experience after Graduation (Supervisory / Executive) * The candidate should have acquired minimum two years work experience and the experience being counted from the day subsequent to the last day of the qualifying examination passed by the candidate.

Course Details:

Master in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM), is a two years postgraduate development management degree course in India. Human Resource is a study of top-level managers, executives, supervisors and other subordinate. The course helps to develop available manpower through suitable methods of training, Promotions, Transfers, and Opportunities for career development and to enrich the quality of human life at work by serving as a forum for exchanging experiences and disseminating information in Human Resources Development Management.
The master’s study develops the professional competence of the candidates able to apply strategic management and operational planning in the process of developing corporate strategy and its competitive forces and develops leadership skills by understanding the importance of team building, total quality management, communication, people skills and motivation in the organization.

The course develops lots of patience, flexibility and ability to get on with all types of people, leadership quality and time management skills in candidates. The master’s study is suitable for those candidates wants to increase their knowledge for accelerating their career by exploring and acquire a critical understanding of Human Resource Development Management. The course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and information and techniques about the Prevention activities associated with Organizations and Employee level of analysis in a comprehensive manner. The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects and Principles Techniques in an academic discipline such as Management of Human Resources, Business Economics, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relationship, Manpower Economics, Effective Communication,Contemporary Talent Management, Cross-Cultural Issues in Human Resource Management

Eligibility

The candidate has to complete Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Management (BBA), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or any other Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 60% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master study program.

In India, some management institutions conduct their own entrance examination to get admission to the master's degree course.

Course Duration / Learning Mode

The master’s study requires 2 years of the time period with an internship in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course. The course is not available for part-time and under distance education mode it's a practical based study.
