Course Details:

Master of Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (MLL & LW), is a two years postgraduate academic Human Rights degree course of study in India. The programme is designed to provide knowledge and information about Labour Management, Relation Laws, Principle of Wages Fixation, Law of Wages and Social Security Legislation, Personnel Management, Labour Economics, Indian Labour Problem, Industrial Sociology and Psychology and Research Methodology.

The aim of the programme is to develop the quality of working life of the labours force for the purpose of promoting the country’s development economically, socially and politically. The study helps candidates to develop personnel with knowledge, skill and attitude capable of analysing understanding research and initiating labour and welfare development.

The master’s course of study is suitable for those candidates wants to increase their knowledge for accelerating their career by exploring and acquire a critical understanding of Labour Laws & Labour Welfare.

The course of study is designed to provide in-depth knowledge, information, techniques and about the activities associated with Labour Laws & Labour Welfare, in a comprehensive manner. The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects and principles techniques in an academic discipline such as
Law Relating to Labour Management, Principles of Wages Fixation, Law of Wages and Social Security Legislation, Law Related to Labour Welfare, Resource Management, Labour Economics and Indian Labour Problem.

Eligibility

The candidate has to complete Bachelor Degrees like Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB), or any other Bachelor Degree with relevant subjects or equivalent examination with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master's degree study program.

Course Duration / Learning Mode

This course requires study requires 2 years of the time period in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part time, correspondence education programme and also go for distance learning, online study option to earn this degree.

Further Studies

After the successful completion of this course, candidates can also pursue the higher studies and do M.Phil in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare, Ph.D. (Doctorate in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare), and specialisation or research oriented work in their respective field.
