    Every person in this whole world wants to be successful. I don’t think there would be anyone who does not wants success, it is something which is desired by all but achieved by few. Success has different definition for different people. For some it is money, job in a Multinational Company, top notch position in a company, to be a best employee, to be a best employer etc. It has different meaning for different people. No two people can have the same definition of success. For some like Mother Teresa it was serving the society. We have to decide what is the definition of success for us.

Direction gives the hope of arrival at the destination. But, if we are at crossroads and do not know where to go ,one may reach any destination least expected to reach.
