    Life is a learning process and we learn everyday. There is a lot to learn from every human being, animals and insects. Have you ever thought if small honey bees would stop gathering nectar, flowers will not be pollinated and some fruits may not develop. So the apples or grapes which we eat would not be tastier if flowers were not pollinated by honey bees. Small efforts of honey bees helps in maintaining natural equilibrium. If a student is expecting good marks he/ she should put in small efforts everyday to get good results. We sometimes think why is it necessary to study everyday.

    Every company big or small wants satisfied customers and leaves no stone unturned to satisfy and pamper them. Companies come up with different schemes and packages to woo customers. After all customer is king and if the king is unhappy then things will really turn gloomy. Every branded company has got a good customer service department to help clients solve their problems with the product, service or store. We as customers are liable to get good service from the company and if we get problems with the product we can directly complain them and solve the problem.

  • Legalise Corruption – Solve Common man's problem ?

    “ Nothing moves without money in Income tax, Sales Tax and Excise departments” says SC ( Supreme Court ) on corruption. In a sarcastic remark a Bench of Justices Markandeya Katju and T S Thakur said “ Why not legalise corruption “. According to me it will be a great move. Everyone will be aware of how much money they need to pay to get their work done. This will solve a very big problem because the same person asks for different sums from different people depending upon his income. When this system will be legalised everybody will pay the same amount to get the work done.

  • Entrepreneurs life - Only Success and No Failures

    We all dream of a life without failures and only success. But do we get that ? Is only success important and failures should be removed from dictionary ? Its very easy to fail than to succeed. We get “ F” on 6th position in the Alphabet series and “S” comes in 20th position. It means after failing one has to really work very hard to get success, travel the path difference of 12 alphabetical letters and get success. Then only we can enjoy the fruit of success.

  • Invisible Disability should be disclosed or not ?

    What is invisible disability ? It is something which is not visible to the normal eye but yet the person is suffering. It may be chronic pain, Mental illness, Sleep disorder, Chronic Fatigue, back pain or Chronic dizziness. It is not visible and the person is perceived to be normal. Now the question arises should the person disclose his disability and let others know to get support. He may or may not be welcomed.

  • Generations working together at the workplace

    Today's work place is very different from what it used to be few years ago. There are three generations the traditionalist, baby boomers, generation X and generation Y ( born between 1980 and 2000 ) called the Millennials. All generations have their own pros and cons and different working and motivational factors. Millennials comprise a big percentage of the work force. They are more empowered, with distinct identity and innovative ideas. They are young, energetic and ready to change the world. They are less experienced than gen x but ready to experiment and take risks.

    In today's fast moving scenario where most of the population is working, office is a place where an individual person spends most of the time. With the advent of Cut throat competition and multinationals growing their roots strong on Indian grounds have opened lots and lots of opportunities which in turn has increased working hours. Working professionals spends minimum 8 hrs and maximum 10 – 12 hrs at office so office needs to be a comfortable place where they can work and have enough fun to keep them motivated.

    Every day new jobs are created and still we are facing the heat of unemployment. Have we ever thought of why ? Why are candidates not getting employed even after having a long list of degrees in their resume. Is there problem with the educational system ? Candidate ? or the company which is demanding too much ? Have we ever tried to answer these questions. Lets think about the problem and look at it from a different angle. Is the unemployed mass really employable ? If not what are the drawbacks ? We need to answer these questions or else the problem will keep on aggravating.

  • Things to be kept in mind while designing role plays for training programs

    Role play refers to changing of one's behavior to assume a particular role. Trainers conduct role plays to give practical demonstration of what has been studied by the audience. The audience size may vary from 30, 60 to 100 or more. Form groups according to names of colors, seasons, months in a year or days in a week. Once done ask the members to sit in their respective groups. If a group contains 10 participants the trainer should be able to provide topics where whole group can participate. Following things should be kept in mind before preparing topics for role play -
