Bommidala International Trading Company, Guntur donated20 lakhs as endowment fund for the establishment of the course in the year 1994.The increasing tempo of industrialization, growing importance of Personnel function in industrial and business organizations and consequent need for trained Human Resource Professionals in the field of man-management led to the creation of this department in this area.
