Department of Information Technology The Department of Information Technology has undergone a major facelift since its inception on 29th October 2007. Department of Plant Pathology The Department of Plant Pathology was created among the Ten Department in the erstwhile College of Agriculture in 1978. The Department has been offering core courses in Plant Pathology since 1978 and Elective courses since 1983. The Department started offering Post Graduate courses (Minor) in Horticulture since 1986. Department of Agricultural Extension Department of Agricultural Extension has been with the colleges since its inception in 1978 under the aegis of North-Eastern Hills University (NEHU) with the establishment of Nagaland University in 1994, the Department became an integral of Nagaland University. Apart from offering core Courses to the B.Sc (Agri.) students the department also take up minor course for the M.Sc students of Rural Development and Planning. Department of Chemistry
Department of Chemistry Department of Chemistry was established in the year 1997, with Dr. M. Indira Devi as Head of the Department. The Department was initiated with minimum infrastructure and facilities. Over the years, it has been able to procure some high-end research equipment, through various externally funded projects. The Department is severely limited, especially in terms of faculties, technical staff and working space.
