Phek Government College, Phek is a recognized higher education institute located in Phek, Nagaland. The college is officially affiliated with Nagaland University, Kohima and provides quality undergraduate and professional education to students across the region.
Phek College was the brainchild of the people of Phek under the leadership of then Deputy Commissioner of Phek, Shri Lalhuma, lAS and Shri Vejoi Vero, the then Minister of State, Nagaland respectively. During the annual meeting on 28th July, 1981, which was presided over by the then Deputy Commissioner, Phek Shri Lalhuma, the public, government officials and parents unanimously resolved to establish a College in Phek town, which was christined as 'PHEK COLLEGE'.
