Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) in collaboration with Royal Agricultural University (RAU), UK has launched first-of-its-kind Dual Degree Program in Real Estate Management

By enrolling for this unique program, you join the new elite of Real Estate professionals in the country! The graduates of this program will be able to work not just in India but at a global level. For the first time in the country, this course gives students the opportunity to be attached as Interns with British and other international companies in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

Unique advantages of the program:

- Dual degree with both an MBA International Real Estate Management degree from MRIU and an M.Sc International Real Estate Management Degree from RAU (RICS accredited)
- Internships in UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and India

- In-depth live Project/Case Study curriculum at RAU in the UK

The first semester of the programme is likely to commence from July 2014 at MRIU campus. Thereafter, students will move to RAU, UK, in October 2014 to do their one year M.Sc International Real Estate Management course through an innovative case study approach. They will undergo four comprehensive case studies and a dissertation at RAU, UK. An additional case study shall be carried out in Hongkong/Singapore/Malaysia depending on the student’s choice and ease of visa regulations. After completion of one year of the programme, students will move back to MRIU in July 2015 and undergo curriculum related to Real Estate Management, Finance and Marketing in India for a period of one year along with an industrial project. On successful completion of the dual degree programme, students will earn an M.Sc International Real Estate Management Degree from RAU, UK, and a MBA International Real Estate Management from MRIU.
