De Stressing sessions important before examinations

Updated on Sat, 09 March 2013 at 17:27 IST

De Stressing sessions are very important before examination and is as important as holding extra classes. A student gathers lots of stress before examinations due to study pressure and a pressure to excel. This takes away all the energy and makes them stressed. Frequent De stressing sessions at schools before the approaching class 10th and 12th board exams will help them a lot.

Extra classes puts a lots of study pressure on the students. They also study day and night and do not take the recommended sleep needed for resting their body, which makes them restless and stressed. The counseling sessions works wonders for them. They need to be taught how to handle stress so that they can control their minds in the toughest time and take a right decision. This is very important as lots of students do not perform due to undue stress and hence land up with poor marks which seriously affects their self image.
