Department of Physical Education

The department of Physical Education was established in ‘ International College for Girls’ in the year-1995 and in 2007-08 it was introduced as an Elective subject for B.A./ B.A.(Hons.) and thereafter in 2011-12, it was also started as an Elective subject in commerce and science faculty.
The Department provides numerous facilities in a variety of sports like-Shooting, Swimming, Cricket, Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball Handball, Table-Tennis, Tennis and Athletics. The Department of Physical Education here at I.C.G also plays a major Role in Physical, Mental, Emotional, Intellectual and Social development of students and also Provides opportunities to them to prove their caliber in the field of Education and sports such as - International, National, Inter-University, and state Level.
