DMER PGMCET 2015 Notification and Exam Date

MH Dirtectorate of Medical Education and Research invites application for DMER PGMCET for the year 2014-15.

DMER PGMCET is an yearly exam conducted for admissions to Dental Postgraduate courses (MDS) at Govt. MedicalCollege in Maharashtra.

DMER PGMCET 2015 Eligibility:

Interested candidates should fulfil following eligibility criteria:
The following candidates are Eligible for Personal Counseling round

I. All PGM-CET-2015 candidates who have filled the online preference form and to whom a seat has not been allotted in the previous round(s) of
admission.

II. All such candidates to whom though a seat was allotted in the previous round(s) and though such candidates joined the college accordingly by
completing necessary formalities under these Rules, did not submit the Status Retention Forms on or before the date/s prescribed by the
Competent Authority.

III. All such candidates to whom though a seat was allotted in the All India Postgraduate admission process in a College situated in Maharashtra, but voluntarily surrendered the seat by giving an application before the prescribed date and the said seat is added to the State quota.

IV. All such candidates to whom a seat is allotted through PGM CET 2015 in the previous round(s) and joined the college, but resigned the seat will be eligible for personal counseling round. It is made clear that no other candidate shall be held eligible for this round of
admission.

Mode of Examination

DMER PGMCET 2015 is Computer Based Test (CBT).

DMER PGMCET 2015 Important Dates:

DMER PGMCET 2015 Important dates section aims to list all important dates such as date of availablity of form, last submission date, result date, counselling date, etc.

• Online registration starts: 01st December 2014
• Last Date for Online Registration: 15th December 2014
• Schedule for Fee Acceptance at SBI Bank through computer generated challan : 03rd December 2014 to 17th December 2014
• PGM CET 2015 Admit Card: 29th December 2014 to 04th January 2015
• Date of Examination PGM CET 2015: Sunday, 04th January 2015, 10.00 a.m. to 01.30 p.m

List of documents to be submitted at the time of interview / discussion before departmental research committee:

I. Online downloaded Application form.
II. Copy of downloaded Admit Card.
III. Any Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Driving licence, PAN Card, Pass port) as
per rule 9.9 of Information Brochure PGM CET 2015.
IV. Copy of downloaded PGM-CET-2015 Statement of Marks.
V. Nationality certificate/valid passport or School Leaving Certificate of HSC/12th
Std. indicating the nationality of the candidate as “Indian”
VI. Certificate of Age (SSC passing Certificate/Valid Passport)
VII. First M.B.B.S, Statement of Marks.
VIII. Second M.B.B.S. Statement of Marks.
IX. Final M.B.B.S. Statement of Marks (Part- I & Part - II).
X. M.B.B.S. Degree/Passing Certificate
XI. Attempt Certificates of All MBBS examinations from the head of the institution.
(First, Second, Third [Part-I, Part-II] MBBS)
XII. Internship Completion Certificate from university or the head of the
institution/Certificate indicating likely date of completion of Internship from the head of the institution.
XIII. Registration Certificate (MMC / Any State Council / MCI)
XIV. Certificate from Head of Institute showing that the Medical College/ Institute
from which the candidate has passed MBBS examination is recognized by Medical Council of India.
XV. Medical Fitness Certificate (as per Annexure – M)

If applicable,
XVI. Caste Certificate
XVII. Caste Validity Certificate.
XVIII. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for (VJ) DT -A, (NT-1) NT-B, (NT-2) NT-C,
(NT-3) NT-D, OBC and SBC Candidates) issued by appropriate authority as
specified in the Government Resolution No. CBC-10/2008/CR-697 VJNT-1,
dated 24th June, 2013 valid upto 31/3/2015.
XIX. (a) AIPMT selection letter / letter from Dean/Principal stating that the candidate was admitted for MBBS under 15% quota from All India Entrance Examination.
(b) Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra State by virtue of residence, in case of Candidates who were Domicile of Maharashtra State at the time of MBBS admission and were admitted under 15% AIPMT quota in a medical college/institution situated outside Maharashtra State and who have obtained
their degree from a University situated outside the State of Maharashtra.
XX. For Persons with disability (PWD) Candidates - Disability Certificate, as per
Annexure - D of PGM CET 2015 Information Brochure, issued by All India
Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Haji Ali park, K. Khadye
Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 034.
XXI. Bond release Certificate from DMER, Mumbai or proof of penalty amount paid
to Dean.
