It is India’s largest and most widely recognized IT Aptitude Test It is a 100-minute objective type examination specially designed by NIIT to evaluate IT Aptitude. Over 3,88,716 candidates have benefitted from the test over last six years. The test assesses Functional abilities and Behavioral traits that make up IT aptitude which is crucial to gain a foothold in the IT Industry. Functional abilities assessed are Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving and Verbal Ability (including English Comprehension) Behavioral traits assessed are Result Orientation and Teamwork. They are based upon NIIT’s extensive research at Centre for Research in Cognitive Systems (CRCS) and through extensive industry interactions The test does not evaluate IT skills and does not require previous knowledge of computers. Students and graduates from any stream can apply for the test to evaluate their IT Aptitude. Will be conducted simultaneously on 26th February, 2011 at over 120 towns nationwide, supervised directly by NIIT personnel.

Registration Process: Register for the NITAT by filling the NITAT Application form and paying the NITAT Application fee of Rs. 200.
Apply Online: Directly apply online by filling the NITAT Form on this website. Here, you have the option of making an online payment of the NITAT Application fee of Rs. 200 to receive the NITAT Hall Ticket No. You can also make the payment of the NITAT Application fee of Rs. 200 at your nearest NIIT centre to complete the online registration process.
Walk in to your nearest NIIT centre : You also have the option of registering for NITAT at your nearest NIIT centre along with payment of NITAT Application fee of Rs. 200 and 2 passport sized photographs.
NITAT Exam has 6 Sections of questions
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
The cut off score depends on difficulty level of exam, availability of seats, number of applicants, etc. Based on the cut-off score examination authority prepares the merit list and candidates are called for counselling. NITAT cut off score based on which candidates will be positioned in merit list as per their marks scored in the exam.
For getting the NIIT / NITAT Results 2017 you have to open the official website. Then you should have to enter the necessary details like your exam Roll Number and before this choose your course Name. After that Submit These information and then wait for few Seconds for Results .The Students can also get your results will be displayed on the Screen by the website. Candidates can save a print out copy.
Candidates who are qualified in National IT Aptitude Test will be called for the counselling process of NITAT.
