The Department of Applied Art has been part of the Faculty from its inception and is well known for its contribution to the University and the city of Baroda. In over fifty years of its existence, the Department has been running professional courses giving degree and diploma at graduate and postgraduate levels. The faculty has adopted a four year programme for BVA. Fine and the post graduate courses are for two year durations.
