Doctor of Philosophy (PhD Fish Processing)

Ph.D Fish Processing - PhD program in the Fish Processing Department of Fisheries Faculty aims to give students the ability to improve and deepen new and advanced information in their area of expertise by original thinking and/or research, and the ability to reach to original conclusions that brings novelty in their area. This program gives students the ability to bring new ideas, methods, designs and/or application development skills or to use a known idea, method, design and /or application in a different field, the ability conceive, design, adapt and apply an original research topic in the areas of Fishing Technology and Fish Processing. The program also aims to give skills in developing and using research methods along with interpretation of the data and their conversion into a scientific paper.
