B.Tech Chemical Science & Technology- The modern science has been excelling not only in field of technology and innovations but chemicals and various more sectors. Chemical industries have seen a progressive and promising growth over these years. Considering the industry as a threat or as a consecrate towards humanity can both be contradicted. Some have abuses the chemical science while some production related to medical has proven to be tremendous for human needs. Some innovations and researches have rotten the world peace while some have given a new hope to endangered lives through medication which few time back was not even possible and achievable. The Chemical Science & Technology is a technological course curriculum comprises of Applied Catalysis, Drug Design, Medicinal Chemistry, Nano-Materials and Nano-Science, fine and bulk Chemicals, Green Chemical and Technological practices. Students will be trained to undertake research in inter-disciplinary areas that covers Material Sciences, Environmental Science and Molecular Biology. On successful completion of the programme, students will have various career opportunities in fields like Chemical Industry, Pharma companies, Biotech companies, Environment related Businesses, and in Research and Development (R&D).
