Master of Technology in Nanotechnology (Integrated Course), is a five years Nanotechnology degree level course of study in India. Nanotechnology has become a field of increasing global interest because of its potential it's a one area of research that is truly multidisciplinary program.

The course of study is designed to provide in-depth knowledge, information, techniques and about the activities associated with Nanotechnology, in a comprehensive manner. Colloid and Interface Science, Solid State Optoelectronic Devices, Nanobiotechnology, Nano Composites, Micro and Nano Electromechanical System, Environmental Nanotechnology, Carbon Nano-Structure and Functionalization, Nanomaterial for Health Care, Energy Management, Bioinformatics.
The candidate has to complete Bachelor Degree such as Bachelor of Engineering in Nanotechnology, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. Nanotechnology), or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 60% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master’s degree study program.
This course requires study requires 4 to 5 years of time period in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part time, correspondence education program and also go for distance learning, study option to earn this degree.
