Department of Basic Science
Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities aims at fostering curiosity for science among the engineering students of Christ University and help them understand fundamentals of Chemistry Physics and Mathematics. The department offers various courses to first year and higher semester B.Tech. students, and for M.Tech. students. It also offers a few certificate courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The department runs a regular course on professional development as prescribed by the curriculum of the university to all undergraduate students of CUFE, in order to strengthen their communication skills. The department has well qualified staff having research experience and international exposure. Well-equipped laboratories are available for basic experiments as well as cutting-edge research.
