Before joining TRUBA Group as Group Director, he was Professor of Information Science and MDP Chair at IIM Indore. He has headed Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (A deemed University), Bhopal as its Director & Professor of IT. He has also headed Shri. GS Institute of Technology & Science, Indore and was Corporate Head at Mahindra British Telecom Limited, Pune, where he was responsible for the development of Mahindra Institute of Software Engineering & Management in collaboration with the US Universities. He was also the Visiting Professor at Kumamoto University, Japan.He is one of the directors at MP State Electronics Development Corporation, Bhopal.
