It is a matter of supreme satisfaction to us to find that the Shikshan Prasarak Mandali’s Sir Parashurambhau College has just finished it’s 98 years of glorious life only to enter upon a still more glorious career and looking towards the centenary year which college is going to celebrate in 2015-16. Making a modest and unostentatious beginning with a small Marathi School, the Shikshan Prasarak Mandali sprouted forth in course of time into the Nutan Marathi Vidyalaya High School , the biggest of its kind in the Presidency, and afterwards into the full-fledged college , with all the necessary equipments.
