The Department is pioneer in introducing Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme in central India. The programme has gone through various dimensions with changes as per the requirements.MBA is a two years full time programme with specializations in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Production & Operations together with Global Finance, Services Marketing, Organizational Behaviour and Operations Management. The programme consists of eight papers per semester including 45 days summer internship programme and a yearlong project work related to specialization.
The Department is known for curriculum delivery in innovative pedagogy and informal way of learning. It is a unique feature of the Department that students participate in teaching-learning process through innovative modes. The students are admitted through Common Admission Programme (CAP) of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) of the State Government.

ACTIVITIES and SUPPORT from the ALUMNI:
Industry Institute Interaction Cell has come up in support of alumni of the Department. A good number of students from every batch have been converted into entrepreneurs. Students admitted every year under 70 percent of Domicile University were mostly belonging from business community. Their intensions were clear to take over and run family businesses. Further the Department concentrate on creativity and innovation and carried out entrepreneurship development programmes successively. The Department has also introduced Incubation and Entrepreneurship Cell in support of alumni. An alumnus is organizing Interaction Sessions’ for students including counselling sessions for every year.
