The institute is managed by People’s Welfare Society, Upleta established in the year 1982 by Mr. Balvant Manvar, a Gandhian, an Ex-M.P. and former Education Minister, Gujarat, who is famous for his contribution in promotion of rural education, development, national integration and public mobilization in various right based movements. Moreover, the society is remarkably working for the rural people, free-education to the children of poor families, female education, social awareness for the social evils and etc.
