Godavari Foundation was established in 1993 by Dr.Ulhas Patil, with a mandate to “serve the needs of the common peoples & societies in the Jalgaon Area of North Maharashtra”. Godavari Foundation is registered organization vide registration no. F-2246 (Jalgaon) dated 12/08/93 under Mumbai Public Charity Act -1950 and MAH / 2406 / Jalgaon dated 2/04/93 under Societies Registration Act - 1860.
