Course Details:

L.L.B (Bachelor of Legislative law) is an Undergraduate Professional Degree program in India.
The legal education apex body in Country is the Bar Council of India. This Council monitors and regulates the system of legal education in Country. They provides multi disciplinary and integrated approach to legal education and the study focused on the theoretical subjects like, legal Methodology,Contracts, Jurisprudence, Code of Civil Procedure, Litigation Advocacy, Political Science.

The course is design to upgrade the knowledge and caliber of candidates by developing good presence of mind,brilliant communication skills, presentation skills and also focus on the skill related to analysis which are extremely important for molding candidates to be a successful Lawyer.

The bachelor degree course requires 3 years of time period in India. It's a full time study program, but some Universities also provides part time learning facilities.

Eligibility

Generally candidates who have completed their Bachelor Degree or an Equivalent Examination, Graduation like, Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com),Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) are eligible.
In India some universities conducting written entrance exam based on, Reasoning, Aptitude, English and General Knowledge, for offering admission in their Institute.

Career Options

Degree holder become Lawyer and find employment opportunities in both Public and Private Sector. Most of the Lawyer prefer to become an Advocate and practice Law as a Profession. The Central / State Government Jobs are also open for Lawyers. They can be appointed as Judges of various Courts, Notary, Magistrate, Oath Commissioner, Law Reporter, Attorney and Solicitor General, Public Prosecutor,Candidates also have option in field of, Defence, Tax and Labour Department, Income Tax Department. Lawyers can also work as Legal Counsel and Legal Adviser for Business Firms and organizations.
