The Department of Aquatic Biology of VNSGU was established in 1991. This is the only University Department in Gujarat working in the field of Aquatic Biology and related areas. The Department provides thorough grounding in biological aspects of aquatic environment to students and researcher specializing in basic studies of aquatic resources.
