Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering came into existence in 2002 as a result of the ardent desire of its founder Alhaj K. Moosa to serve the society. The college is situated at Padappai, in Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. The college offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses in engineering, business administration, and computer applications.

Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering DACE is under the aegis of the Ayyanavaram Educational Trust AET, which was established in the year 1980 by the founder and esteemed Chairman Alhaj.K.Moosa, with a noble aim of promoting ‘Technical Higher Education’. The founder Chairman Alhaj.K.Moosa he himself is an Educationalist and philanthropist with very rich experience in the field of education, whose focus is to provide quality technical education to the socially and economically backward segment. Presently, AET is managing several schools and Engineering colleges, educating around 5000 aspirants.

DACE is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai,India. DACE is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution. DACE was started in the year 2002 and is currently offering UG Courses: B.E-Civil Engineering, B.E-Computer Science and Engineering, B.E-Electrical and Electronics Engineering, B.E-Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.E-Mechanical Engineering, B. Tech-Petroleum Engineering PG Courses: M.B.A – Master of Business Administration, M.E – Applied Electronics, M.E – Computer Science and Engineering.

DACE has an excellent infrastructure with sufficient class rooms and lab facilities required for all the departments. In addition, every department has a smart class room and additional rooms for Tutorial sessions apart from seminar halls. DACE is backed by dedicated team of faculty members and supporting staff in each department. All the departments have equipped with resource persons qualified in diversified fields relevant to the branch of Engineering.
