The course offered by the department trains the students to develop this proficiency, and as well imbibe in them the appreciation for the wealth of literature in this language.

The course enables the students to take up positions like teachers in schools, colleges, Universities, spoken English institutes, to set up own schools, to work as translators, customer relation executives and Air Hostess, to take up positions in Tourism Developments, I.T & Management and to pursue higher studies abroad.
