The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Karunya University has a top-level quality assessment rating for teaching, and reputation for research. It was established in the year 1986 with the intent of raising highly qualified Engineers and Researchers who can make substantial contribution to the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The department has a strength of 1200 students guided by a team of devoted and diligent staff members. Several Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes are offered by the department. The PG programme includes Applied Electronics, VLSI Design and Communication Systems.
