Department Of Economics

Established in 2003, the Department of Economics imparts teaching to PG Students. Its major objective is to quality education so as to enable the students to understand the complexities of economic system. It also offer research programme leading to Ph.D.

Objectives
=> To impart in depth knowledge in the field of Economics and Economic Policy.
=> To equip the students with appropriate skills for analyzing economic problems by teaching and research activities.
=> To enable the students acquire entrepreneurial ability to develop their career on their own.
=> To help the students to learn about legal and economic dimensions of women empowerment.
=> To popularize web based dissemination of knowledge of economics .
