RISHI BANKIM CHANDRA EVENING COLLEGE is the renamed Evening Section of the erstwhile Rishi Bankim Chandra College, named after the Great Literateur Rishi Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay who composed inter alia, the hymn, "Bande Mataram," later to become India's National Song.
