North South Foundation (NSF) provides scholarships to undergraduate students entering into engineering, medicine or 3-year polytechnic (diploma in engineering.) based on merit and financial need. NSF uses uniform eligibility criteria to identify poor but meritorious students across chapters.

Eligibility
- A student should be among the top 10% in class 10 & 12 & CET/JET ranks in his/her state.
- Have secured admission to professional courses like Engineering, Medical, Dental, Polytechnic, B.Sc (Agr), B.V.Sc etc. in a government or government-aided college.
- The annual family income of the student should be less than INR 1,00,000.
