Department of Mechanical Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering was established way back in the year 1968. Mechanical Engineering Branch is started from the academic year 2010 -11 with sanctioned intake of 60 students. The Department has state of the art infrastructure and facilities. Well equipped laboratories and Workshop with various machines are the main features of the department. Different Laboratories for the students of first year (all branches) are Heat Power Laboratory, Engineering Graphics Drawing Halls, Workshop and CADD center.

Department of Information Technology The department of Information Technology was established in the year 1999 by offering a Bachelor Degree Course in Information Technology. The courses have been carefully designed to guide the student through basic concepts up to current practices in industry. Hands-on laboratory experience is emphasized at every stage of the program . The students are required to carry out industry internship in their last semester.

Department of Civil Engineering The Civil Engineering Department was established in the year 1981 by offering a degree course in Civil Engineering. In 1986, Post Graduate Programmes in the areas of Geo-technical Engineering and Structural Engineering were introduced. The Civil Engineering Department consists of 14 full-time Professors / Asst. Professors covering all the major areas of Civil Engineering.

At present the Department is offering Undergraduate program in Electronics and Communication engineering as well as Postgraduate Program with specialization in Electronics and Communication Systems. The department consists of 35 faculty members with specialization in major areas of Electronics and Communication. The department has been accredited by NBA.
