Master of Technology (MTech Machine Design)

M.Tech Machine Design - These programmes are designed to produce post graduate engineers capable of designing and analyzing mechanical systems. Some of the subjects included in these programmes are Mechanical Vibrations, Design O Mechanisms, Engineering Design, Advanced Design of Transmission Elements, Tribology, Tool Design, Machine Tool Design, Computer Applications in Design, Finite Element Analysis, Concurrent Engineering, Rapid Prototyping, CAM and CIM. The post graduates of these programmes will find employment in the Research and Development Department of Manufacturing Industries, in the Research Laboratories of public sector units in the field of Mechanical Design Software or in Teaching.
