Located in Delhi College of Technology & Management established in 2008 and in just ten years time, it has earned name of quality teaching discipline and good university results. Since the beginning, the management and faculty of the college has evolved strategic planning and practices to establish industry- academia relationships. After five years of rigorous efforts, we have a pool of enthusiastic, talented and industry employable young engineers., DCTM is an incubation center for sharp, focused and industry suited engineers. The college is focused on good academic ambience. Beside classical practices in education system, the students are trained on leading technologies which are beyond their syllabus but demanded by industry employable young engineers and managers. We have designed and implemented our own value –added programmes right from the 1st semester. Every students of DCTM has to undergo personality development program which is executed by professional group. Besides this, DCTM promotes writing technical papers and presenting the same in conferences by the students. The students of college have opened chapters of leading technical societies like IETE, CSI, IEEE under process and AME. Students organize technical events like seminar, technical paper presentations, working on live projects, project sponsored by industry and technical competitions etc. Last year 43 DCTM students secured their positions in MDU merit list. With the blend of academic and soft skills, the students of B Tech and MBA 2013-17 batch have attended campus interviews done of sixty three National and Multinational companies. They were offered hundred percent placements with salary ranging from 2 to 15 lacs per annum.
