      About Vignans Institute of Technology Aeronautical Engineering VITAE, Nalgonda

      Vignan's Institute of Technology & Aeronautical Engineering(VITAE) was established in 2008 by “LAVU” education society – registered. The institute started primarily as an undergraduate college offering coursework towards B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree. In 2009, the institute started offering coursework towards M.Tech (Master of Technology) degree, MBA and MCA.

      The Central library has been built with an area of 427.4sqmt. It has Specialized collection of Books, Journals & Non book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences. The Collection replete with 16555 Volumes of Books, 1053 CDs & DVDs. VITAE Subscribes 1152 GALE CENGAGE LEARNING E JOURNALS and 65 National and International Journals. It has membership in DELNET (Developing Library Network).
      VITAE Library has a Video Library facility and also provides (NPTEL) IIT Video Lessons teaching through IITs video courses & SONET Video Lectures in the different fields of education. The Library and Information Centre is completely automated and computerized using EZLIB software. VITAE having digital library facility with 10 computers. Staff and students have free access to internet in the library
      Sports facilities are available in the campus. Annual Sports event is held in the month of December in every year
      Good transportation facilities for its students, staff members and visiting guests.
      Away from the severe pollution problems of their city Vignan s hostel at Vignan Hills provides peaceful, comfortable and pleasant environment. The picturesque surroundings of the hostel makes the learning atmosphere pleasant. Hostel can accommodate around 150 boys and 50 girls. Following facilities provided at hostel.
