Eligiblity:

Any graduate with minimum of second class or 50% marks or equivalent grade is eligible for admission at post-graduate in Indian History, Culture and Archaeology of the Department of Archaeology and Ancient History. The candidate should have pass in higher secondary or bachelor degree or equivalent

M.A. Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology - The course is designed to impart a thorough knowledge of ancient history and archaeology of Indian subcontinent including the culture, institutions, antiquities, ideas and concepts through ages from Pre-historic period down roughly to thirteenth century A.D. imparted training in various aspects of Ancient Indian History Culture& Archeology . In M. A. we teach political History of Ancient India, Socio-Economic History, Indian Culture & Thought and Ancient World Civilizations, Pre history, Proto-history Epigraphy, Numismatics, Art & Architecture and History
