B.Sc Hotel Management- The three-year B.Sc. Program in Hotel Management equips students with the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hotel Management sector. It puts them through in-depth laboratory work so as to acquire skills and knowledge in all other departments of a hotel: food production; food and beverage management, and catering operations; general management; tourism marketing; human resource management; and finance.
