BSc Hotel Management, Himalayan University, Itanagar
This three-year program offering the degree of bachelor of science in hotel management, will prepare fresh students or working people in the hospitality sector, for occupying entry to mid-level positions in hotels, restaurants, resorts, contract catering centers, pubs, bars, and many other structures in the hospitality sector in various vocational divisions. All basic to advanced knowledge and skills are imparted to participants in the areas of cooking and food production, nutrition and dietetics, client servicing, internal administration, human resource management, operations management, marketing strategies, customer care and satisfaction, accounts and finance, and the overall hotel and hospitality management. 12th(Science): Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2) in Science Subject.
