Advance Diploma in Aviation, Tourism & Hospitality - This course aims to address the need of organizational staff in the hospitality industry. It is structured in a way that, it is achievable in a one year's time, in relation to the level of operations, the skills required and for learners who often have prior knowledge and life experience. The graduate of the course will be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required of beginning supervisors in hotels, resorts and global food establishments, and enters directly into the workforce or consider further study at a degree level in hotel management. It also enables you to develop a thorough understanding of both theories and practices in aviation technology and explores the associated ethical, legal and security issues in this field. Throughout the program you will study modules including aviation theory and cover topics such as Ground staff operations, Ramp staff operations, aerodynamics, aircraft systems, DGCA rules, navigation, service operations, Safety & First Aid, aerodromes, airspace classifications, air traffic control and flight service and handling emergencies.
