The college is affiliated to Anna University, Trichy. Dr.M.R.Arun, Mrs. M.Uma Arun and Prof.V.Kandasamy serve as the Managing Trustee, Academic Director and Principal of the college respectively.Awareness is given to the students on the various career options available. Experienced by this dutiful task, this visionary nobleman with missionary zeal, established the colleges to cater to the needs of the students, mainly from economically weaker section with rural background to achieve “Learning for Excellence” the motto of our institution., The above noble thought resulted in the formation of Saraswathi Educational and Health Trust which was established in 1997 under the guidance of our eminent advisor Mr.A.M.Raman, I.A.S., (Retd). Realizing the importance of education, the learned educationists and philanthropists of the trust established a group of institutions in the name of the great Tamil Poet Pavendar Bharathidasan., The college is located in a sprawling campus with lush greenery and eco-friendly environment. The infrastuctural facilities, buildings, class rooms, laboratories and workshops are designed and constructed as per AICTE requirements.
