D M College Of Education Moga was established in 1953 to impart teacher training to the students. It is infact a precious gift bestowed on the people of this region by Arya Samaj. It was the LATE. RAI BAHADUR DR. MATHAR DAS PAHWA WHO ESTABLISHED THIS INSTITUTION. He was a well known Arya Samajist, a Gold medalist and an eminent eye surgeon. He had a great spirit and unbounded zeal. He was honoured with numerous titles and epithete such as Padam Vibhushan, Kesar-i-Hind and many more title at state and national level

This college is AFFILIATED TO PANJAB UNIVERSITY, CHANDIGARH AND IS APROVED BY N.C.T.E. for degree of Bachelor of Education. The duration of this course is two years.

The college is located is heart of town in very safe and homely surroundings. It is a co-education institution. The college has a wholesome conducive and congenial atmosphere for the growth and development of the students. There is an ultra modern girls hostel in the campus with a capacity of 42 seats for housing. The college has double storeyed excluding basement, spacious, airy, well equipped and well ventilated building fully furnished with lights, electric fans, coolers, water-coolers, laboratories and other modern amenities.
