About Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT)
Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) is the entrance test conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) for admission to undergraduate law programmes at Symbiosis Law Schools. Applicants must also select the individual programmes for which they seek consideration and complete each applicable programme application and admission process.
The SLAT 2027 tests are scheduled for 19 December 2026 and 26 December 2026. The official structure page says candidates may take either or both tests; if both are taken, the higher score is used for the final percentile calculation. The SLAT 2026 admission cycle has concluded. Check the official portal for current notices and any schedule changes.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination must meet the requirement and submit proof by the admission deadlines. Check the applicable programme eligibility and SIU's current rules before applying; institute-level programme conditions also apply.

The programme fee is required for each programme for which a candidate seeks consideration. Fee amounts and payment rules can change; confirm the final payable total, refund terms and deadline on the official SLAT registration portal before payment. After SLAT
SLAT scores are used to shortlist applicants for the subsequent admission process, which is conducted separately by the participating Symbiosis Law Schools and programmes. A test score alone does not guarantee admission. Follow the selected institute's current notices for Personal Interaction (PI), merit lists, document verification, seat allocation and payment deadlines.
Score validity: SIU states that the SLAT 2027 score is valid only for admission to the selected SIU programmes for the 2027โ28 academic year. It should not be treated as valid for a later admission cycle.
