Category 2: Direct Online Correction (Editable by Candidate)
These fields can be modified by logging into the portal during the correction window (April 18–24):
- Academic Details: Percentage of marks, year of passing, college/university name.
- Personal Info: Gender, Aadhaar card number, Birth State/District.
- Contact Info: Address, alternative mobile number, email ID.
- Category Details: Minority status, Income details, Caste certificate number.
- Medium of Test: Language preference (English/Telugu/Urdu).
2. How to Make Corrections Online
- Visit Portal: Go to the official website icet.tgche.ac.in.
- Access Link: Click on the link “Correction for filled-in application form” (this link only appears during the scheduled dates).
- Login: Enter your Registration Number, Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Hall Ticket Number, and Date of Birth.
- Edit & Save: Modify the allowed fields in Category 2.
- Final Submission: Preview the changes carefully and click ‘Submit.’
- Print Update: Download the revised “Filled-in Application Form” for your records.
3. Why is this window important?
- Hall Ticket Accuracy: Your Admit Card (released May 4) is generated based on this data. Incorrect info can lead to entry being denied at the test center.
