- First Merit List Out: The first provisional allotment list was released on January 7, 2026. Candidates must login to their portal to “Freeze,” “Float,” or “Exit” their seats.
- Counselling Fee: Candidates invited for counselling were required to pay a registration fee (Rs. 30,000 for General and Rs. 20,000 for ST/SC/OBC/BC/EWS/PWD).
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must now report to their respective allotted NLUs for physical document verification as per the specified schedule.
- CLAT 2027 Reforms: An expert committee has already been formed by the Consortium to recommend reforms for the CLAT 2027 exam cycle.
