Department of Lifelong Learning

The Department of Lifelong Learning has its genesis in the Centre for Adult, Continuing Education and Extension, Alagappa University started in 1988 which carried out extension- activities. In 2009-2010, the Centre was named as Department of adult Continuing Education and Extension and later as per the directions of the UGC it was renamed as Department of Lifelong Learning.
