National Institutes for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH), Secunderabad invites applications for admissions to Bachelor of Education (B Ed) for the academic year 2015 - 16.

Bachelor of Education (B Ed) is conducted by National Institutes for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH), Secunderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
=> B.Sc./ BA/ B.Com. or any degree from a recognized University with 50% for Gen./ PH and 45% for SC/ ST category (under 10+2+3 pattern).

Application Procedure:

=> Cost of application + fee for entrance examination is Rs.500/- + Rs.600/- (Total Rs.1100/-) for General/ OBC/ BC Category and Rs.300/- + Rs.350/- (Total Rs.650/-) for SC/ ST/ PWD Category.

=> The registration fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Director, NIMH, Secunderabad.

• Date of Examination Bachelor of Education (B Ed) 2015: 5th July, 2015

Selection Process:

=> Admission is given on the basis of the merit obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination and followed by counseling/ Interview conducted as per the rules and regulations of Osmania University.

=> Once all the 25 seats are filled up at NIMH, Secunderabad the remaining candidates in the merit list will be referred to other Institutes offering the same course, for admission.
