ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Candidates who have passed the H.S. (10 +2) Examination in the year 2012 and 2013 are only eligible to apply.
For admission into the 1st Semester Course a candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) OR
An equivalent examination recognized by the Gauhati University securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Each student has to appear and qualify in the Entrance Test to be conducted by the Department.
Entrance test will be of 1 or 2 hours duration.

M.V.Sc Programme: The minimum qualifications for admissions of fresh as well as in service candidates excluding optional subjects shall be 60% marks (where OGPA is not given) or a grade point average of 6.0 (10.00 basis) in B.V.Sc & A.H. degree
The degree at graduation level must be recognized by Veterinary Council of India, failing which his/her admission shall be cancelled
The candidate shall submit a notarized affidavit in this regard along with application
In service candidates should apply through proper channel
MASTER OF SCIENCE Admissions to M.Sc programs in Mathematics, Chemistry and M.Sc.(Tech.)-Engineering Physics are done through rank obtained in NITWET, an entrance examination conducted by NIT Warangal.
